When will my order ship?
Orders are usually sent out in 5-8 business days. Since I pack and ship out each order myself, please be patient as I fulfil the orders!
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- 1-2 weeks for AU orders
- 4-6+ weeks for International orders
If you haven't received your order within the timeframe listed above, please message me with your order number and I will see what I can do!
I ordered stickers/prints, but there is no tracking number.
To make shipping more affordable, orders with only stickers and prints are sent out with a stamp & envelope. Please allow 1-2 weeks for AU orders and 4-6+ weeks for international orders.
I don't see one of my items ordered/ There is extra goodies in my order
If you are missing a part of your order, please message me and I will send it out to you! Since I am packing a lot of orders at once, there is a small but rare chance that I will make a mistake. If you received something extra that you didn't order, Happy early Birthday! Feel free to keep it as a little present for yourself~ :)

VAX Taxes / Custom Fees
If you decide to order to UK/EU, please know that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. I will not be collecting VAT taxes and will not be responsible for them. Any taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee.
